I just took my 2019 Macan S in for it's 10k service. My representative was great to work with. Loaner was ready when I showed up and the car was done a little earlier than promised.
my only concern was that they didn't use seat covers from arrival to departure. everyone clothes has dirt etc, especially in a garage type situation. I would have expected more.

The young fellow was professional, courteous, and patient. I asked him a few questions about the new Panamera hatch-back, and he allowed me to take a look around the showroom. I took my 2018 GTS to Porsche Bellevue for my 10000 service on 01/17/2020. I was in and out in a bit over 2 hours. Everything was lovely. Free coffe, etc. The building was clean and beautiful. But for my main purpose, getting the oil change, etc they failed me. I drove my car back to Seattle to and by the time I got there, I had the oil warning message in the photo below. Buying my car from Porsche of Bellevue was a breeze! I enjoyed working with Horst and the rest of the team to purchase my used BMW and would definitely look for my next car from them, or recommend them to anyone in the Seattle/Bellevue area. They were thorough, never pushy and customer service from beginning to end of the transaction was top notch.
