Our hot water heater went out this morning. We looked at different reviews for plumbers and chose Polestar. After setting an appointment and an initial visit, we found we needed a new hot water heater. They were able to get it installed this afternoon. What a pleasant surprise when the team arrived and were extremely nice, considerate, and efficient! Brian and Garrett were both very careful in our home and let us know everything they were doing.
