Ian was here from Polestar and we are very pleased with what he has done and he was very understanding and friendly and clear about what he was doing and we are very thankful for that.
Ian was awesome, explained everything perfectly Discovered humidifier fan was not working and fixed that. Also discussed adding an air purifier which we had been thinking about.
In the last 3 months, we've given this company over $16K. First, we had some duct work replaced, a new a/c and furnace installed. We weren't wowed- we did have some complaints, but everything seemed ok. So, we decided to get a tankless hot water heater installed. Choosing Pole Star was our biggest mistake. Because we used them for our HVAC system, we got a small discount. The guys that installed it aren't plumbers and they appeared to have no idea what they were doing. Ian came to finish up the job and make sure everything was tight and right with the damper zoning system. He stuck around and helped me test that everything was working properly, and made adjustments that were needed until it was to my satisfaction.
