Our hot water heater finally died and our family was without hot water. I called many places to get quotes on what a new one installed would cost. After reviewing many companies we went with Polestar for several reasons. For one, they were able to fit us with a top notch product within an affordable range. Had a sump pump quit working and water was backing up into basement. Called about 2:45 and they said could be here by 5:00-7:00 range, earlier if possible. Got here at 4:00 and had new pump in and job completed by 5:00. Only “complaint” would be the invoice did not itemize the costs for the pump, labor and/or rush service charge...but it was the price they quoted and it was done quick so I’m happy.

I called this morning, just finding out if they could take a look at my heatpump, they were here within the hour. Done in about 45 mins. Showed me everything they found (which was minor) very personable and knowledgeable. They even noted they service electric fireplaces - which big plus- I had been struggling to find folks. LSS they are back tomorrow for a look at the fireplace and now Angela and Ernesto are like family! They even had shoe covers on before they rang the doorbell!
