Unfortunately, Podium failed to deliver on its promises.Here are some of the things we were promised by their salesperson, only to discover that Podium can not do the following:- Allow us to log into Podium & see the Instagram direct messages sent to our Instagram account.- Let customers book their appointments by choosing from a calendar that Podium would allow us to embed on our website.- Have a functional online chat bubble on our website. I was sold a package from podium. The results have not been as promised. I have called and tried to cancel services and was told that we where under contract. Do not recommend there services.

I would not recommend Podium. Early on in our initial phase, we sought to find a simple way to get reviews and Podium was one of the first options we looked into. They signed us up and pushed their largest plan (About $600/month). After 2 months of using the service, we reevaluated and determined the *** to not be worth the investment and began looking for other services. I am a small business owner. After more than enough calls from Podium, i gave in [I'm 74 years old]. I have not received anything except other companies wanting to help me with my website. I contacted Podium and they said, we'll see what we can do.I want to cancel this.

Aggressive and annoying prospecting. Times must be hard over there at Podium. Just another example of a marketing company who can't find a decent way of marketing themselves. Pathetic. Can't speak on their service but they way they prospect speaks volumes to me.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Same problem as the rest- cancelled the contract MONTHS ago and they are still trying to charge us. Had to dispute the charge through our credit card company and then change my credit card number! I've spoken to close to 30 people now, nothing seems to get us "off the list"- we still get an email everymonth saying we owe. I'm ready to sue for harassment.

Signed up in May at a dental seminar in Dallas, Tx. After speaking with the representative we were told we had up to 90 days to cancel. So not true. Now September and our monthly fee is still being automatically deducted from our account. Our financial manager has repeatedly e-mailed. No response. We received one response after months of frustration to say our service would terminate on 9-15-21. Two days later another payment was deducted. I would not recommend Podium to any business. Horrific customer service. Have been trying to cancel our service with them since May, and have had to deny all charges through our credit card company. They are still attempting to charge the card and we are almost in September!
