I signed up for this service on 2-22-24. I gave the company a trial and honestly wasn't impressed. After the year was up I had one of my managers try to cancel the contract. We would never get any response. Finally we got a response in May of 2025 saying " **Process a cancellation request:** This request can be processed immediately, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current contract term. They will not stop calling. If you sit through their sales pitch, be prepared to get multiple calls a week of harassment. When we are firm and tell them not to call, they call back and apologize that they have ****** us off. Now we are. Take a firm NO
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service they provide. Half of the time my desk phone is not working. I miss so many calls because they will not transfer properly to my cell phone. You can't do a 3 way call once your on the cell phone. They over charge and they don't care about their customers needs or wants. All they are worried about is collecting their money.

Podium has been a fantastic addition to our business. Our ****** rating went up a full point with six months by utilizing the Podium tools. I'll admit I was deceived a bit with dishonesty by omission regarding the the initial sign up for the phone services which I added a a few months later, but the switch has been so beneficial all around. WHAT A SCAM! I dont think I have ever seen a company with a more aggressive BAIT AND SWITCH agenda than these scabs! From the overly aggressive salesman bugging me for months making all sorts of promises that were never fulfilled, to the glitches and issues constantly that were never resolved. To the customer support that hasnt done anything but make the whole process more complicated. Shame on Podium and the owners and operators for continuing to s**** people over like this!
Podium is a giant scam. Once they get you on a contract you can't get in contact with anyone and their business doesn't do anything for you. The only thing they do is collect payments and you can never get in contact with anyone unless its to collect payments. Do not sign up anything with them.
Money hungry ignorant people!! Our business closed in October 2024, I contacted the company and was told there was no way to close the account without proper paperwork okay great, the town shut my business down so what do you need? The bank accounts have all been closed out, so again what do you need? Absolutely no response from these people just more emails demanding I pay them a monthly bill of $699 for absolutely nothing!! This business is fraud!! Its designed to overpromise the service to having an AI automate text, generate leads, invoicing, etc. none of which actually works effectively. Not only that they end up porting your office lines onto their own private line which cannot be reversed by the service provider.
