I signed up for Podium thinking it was a good fit and found out that it wasn't what we needed for our company. We signed an annual contract which I understand is enforceable. I reached out to explain that we were removing the tool from our websites and had no use for it and asked for a possible settlement for less than full balance just out of good faith. I'm about 10 days into my subscription and I'm dealing with ghosts who fail to contact you and shipwreck you at all cost to not cancel accounts. The platform is useless for a company of my size, which I have relayed and requested to cancel within 3 days and all the ghosts pass you around through SMS messages and drop you off to no one. I doubt if the CSM actually exists because I stopped hearing from them after I signed the contract. After two weeks of emails, SMS, and calling, I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm about a month into my subscription and I'm still waiting for support to contact me regarding account setup. I stopped hearing from them after I signed the contract. After a month of emails, calling, and texting I still haven't heard from anyone. If anyone answers they will tell you someone will reach out, but here I am a month later still waiting. I should have done better research before signing up as I can't find a single good review about this company. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

I was told someone would show me how to ;use the system. The firs person was way over my head and I did not understand what he was saying. I waited for another call that never came at least when I was at work. I have paid for 3 months for nothing. I have call a few times to cancel and I have been told the cancellation is in process. I signed up with Podium back in May 2021, approximately 3 days after signing up and realizing it takes 3 days to receive payments from billing I decided to reach out to M***** H*** to cancel my account which he said I could do at any time. I have text message from him saying he would take care of my cancellation yet I’am still getting billed from Podium. I have also sent several emails to several people in regards to my cancellation they all say they will look into it but nothing is being done.

I was solicited by this company to do business and I was going to when my financial situation was better, but they kept calling offering different promotions. I was going to the one day and advised them to call me back. Well, when they called, I was currently dealing with a customer and disconnected the line, they use numbers within your State to disguise the call - but when I did, they called back but I could not answer the phone, so they sent me this nasty text message. Signed up for Podium because all our other branches used Podium. Noticed reviews starting disappearing (legitimate reviews would get posted, show on Google for a day, than vanish). Customer support was of zero help. Started digging and noticed it was happening at all our branches. Still, zero assistance from Podium. Stated they would cancel my account due to how unsatisfied and mad I was. Here we are 2 months later and I’m still getting charged. I have been client for over a year. It did not provide the services paid for. I can document cancelling the service on 12/21/20 and I am still be invoiced monthly. I cannot get them to cancel my account and I do not have a contract with them. Their customer service is the absolutely horrible. Do not do business with this company. Looks like I am not the only one with a complaint like this already.
