Signed up for Podium because all our other branches used Podium. Noticed reviews starting disappearing (legitimate reviews would get posted, show on Google for a day, than vanish). Customer support was of zero help. Started digging and noticed it was happening at all our branches. Still, zero assistance from Podium. Stated they would cancel my account due to how unsatisfied and mad I was. Here we are 2 months later and I’m still getting charged. I have been client for over a year. It did not provide the services paid for. I can document cancelling the service on 12/21/20 and I am still be invoiced monthly. I cannot get them to cancel my account and I do not have a contract with them. Their customer service is the absolutely horrible. Do not do business with this company. Looks like I am not the only one with a complaint like this already.

dont deal with that company , no sign on contract they already bill me for couple of thousands , and they keep send invoice every month when first time they put me on contact it was cancelled after couple months with them , then they try to sign me on another contact that never been sign with them from the 7.22.2018 but surprise the lovely lady from their office kelli ruthledge call me and said the old agrement never cancelled and they want money again since the beginning so all my calls to my company is been record agreemen... read more

WARNING: BROKEN PRODUCT!!!!! We've been trying for months to get this to work, I have had multiple office staff, technicians, and even my web developers try to get their product to work. WARNING: BE WARNED BEFORE SIGNING WITH PODIUM - I was given sales pitch over a laggy Remote Desktop session (email from podium confirming this error) and I liked and trusted the sales person - signed contract in order to see the demo of the actual software and upon seeing it realized it wouldn’t work for me- told them I would have to cancel (at this point it isn’t even set up or being used in my store). I'm part of what seems to be a trend in Podium's unethical and unprofessional conduct. Like a previous complainant, I'm also in the midst of contesting Podium's repeated, unauthorized and unwarranted charges to my credit card. I had initially entered into an agreement with Podium for services that it soon became clear they had mischaracterized and obviously wouldn't be able to deliver on.
