I'm part of what seems to be a trend in Podium's unethical and unprofessional conduct. Like a previous complainant, I'm also in the midst of contesting Podium's repeated, unauthorized and unwarranted charges to my credit card. I had initially entered into an agreement with Podium for services that it soon became clear they had mischaracterized and obviously wouldn't be able to deliver on.
