On Aug 11, 2022, I had a video call with *********************** at the Podium Corporation, **** ****, **, to discuss the Podium software system. During the meeting, I addressed my concerns to **************: "I already have a CRM called WooSender." I asked him to explain and help me understand how Podium differed from what I already had. He assured me with his "personal guarantee" that my CRM held no comparison to his superior software, Podium. Podium has the worst customer service. Not only did they promise things pre-sale that were not functions of their software, they are just dishonest all around. Will NEVER refer them to anyone again!

Podium has very unethical business practices. They charge accounts for services not rendered. They sign people up who aren't as savvy with the ************* and expect them to pay even if not able to use their service. Then they refuse to reimburse you. I was recruited by one of the podium reps around Christmas time and was sold on what they said they could do to help me with getting customers for my business. All these reviews align with my negative experiences with Podium. Beware of the 1 page contract that will lock you into annual renewals that you must be diligent about canceling if you are not happy with their service because they will make you stay in as their customer to the bitter end. I wonder why a class action lawsuit isnt being considered.

I was refer to podium and everything start ok here and there stopped working is 6 months period and after 6 month is stopped working compltle, after month an half with there use less support i give up and since June first and they Charged me for 6 months after and never provided Service.As a business owner my self we believe that when we singn contact it should work both ways not only one way i paid for full sevice and got half so I need refund from Podium for month they didn't provide service.For now i will not recommended ... read more

I had the exact same experience as Jordan ** I have been paying for this service for nearly 6 months and have not been able to use it once. I have spent countless hours with customer service reps via chat, via phone, via email and have been passed around with no resolution to my issues. I could never get anyone to even walk me through the service. Only to find that their service can't actually provide what I need for my business. Fraudulent company. The red carpet was rolled out in sales. It's been 8 months since contract was signed and Podium cashed my company's check. There is no service being rendered. The buck is passed from programmer to account rep to integrator. Now they ceased all human interaction because their fraudulence is catching up to them. So you are now unable to get ahold of anyone. Podium, is completely unethical they charge you for a service you dont even use.its easy to see I am NOT using their ''service'' an average app, with no real update or modernisation..uncontactable, by phone..they dont ring to see if you are satisfied with the outcome...I havent used it!so far 4k taken NO service delivered..the so called ''system' is obsolete and hopelessly outdated..I have complained dozens of times..no call back..just feeble excuses like..''your case manager will get back to ************** use podium under ... read more

DO NOT USE PODIUM! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Terrible support full of lying and/or incompetent people and terrible processes with little to no internal communication as no one ever knows whats going on. If I could give negative stars I would. Stay far away from Podium! On 1/31/22 we decided to give the service a try. We were told it was a month to month and no term contract.
