These people have called me 16 times since March even though I have blocked their number. GET THE HINT!!!

Podium does not take a NO for an answer. After being presented with their services and pricing we decided to go another route and different Vendor and are terrorized now by their call center on a weekly if not daily basis. Multiple phone numbers of their call center have been blocked and they just keep calling. They have been warned about a complaint against them to the *** and ***, no success.. i hope they will stop calling once enough complaints have been filed

Well, if there was 0 STARS, that is what they deserve. I had a sweet salesman who I told I am not good on the computer. He was telling me how this will be a game changer and bring business. I told them that I have Birdeye . They tried to convince me that they are not ****** accredited. I reluctantly signed after he convinced me. They set up an appointment with ******* for onboarding. I have REPEATEDLY requested to not be contacted by anyone from this company, and every few weeks I get either another phone call or email trying to get my company to sign up with them! I told them the last time they contacted me that if they did it again, I would be leaving them a review. After coming here and seeing ALL of the negative ones already left, it doesn't appear that they even care.

This company is trying to extort money out of our business. We ended our contract due to the service being terrible. We did so at the renewal. Prior to the renewal, we dropped the services down to a lower amount. They fraudulently kept billing our card on file. I blocked them on the card. They do not show for scheduled appointments. They keep sending new contracts that have hidden renewals in them. We do not sign them. They state that we have to sign it to close the account, but the verbiage has us renewing for a year. Don't return phone calls. Don't return message for cancellation and failure of software to work as promised. It's impossible to get someone on the phone. We signed up for their services and have never been able to send bulk texts/marketing messages as agreed. We requested cancellation which was delayed. Then a sale rep came in person and saw that the software was not working. They have never responded since that in-person meeting. I used Podium to help start my new business. Features were fine, but the product was very expensive. We decided to try other platforms that cost less and had more features, but wanted to keep Podium still. When we made the switch to try other platforms, our number was removed from Podium which means although we still had their service, we could not use most features. I need the -1 star button. They almost got me. False advertising. Refused to offer two week trial as advertised. They said it it's not available. Why is it advertised on your website. Crooks only want sign up with upfront payment and advertise 14 day trial on their website.

Buyer Be Ware. High pressure sales team pushes products and when I tried to cancel the company help center told me they will cancel but they do not, they had sales person call me and talked me into a free month trial. But they billed me for the next month (so I pay more) and when I called they say they will credit the next month. So I got billed for more than I wanted.
