Cant access my money! I opened my simple app this morning only to learn the company no longer exists. It instructs me to install a completely different app and signup for a complete different account. The problem is I no longer have access to my simple account to see my account numbers and things. Wow, where do I start? This company took over my previous bank, Simple on 5/8. Prior to that, I had attempted to get my money out of simple and switch banks, but was not allowed to access my funds. This wasn't BBVAs fault, but it was aggravating. Fast forward to 5/19 and since the transition, I have been trying to close my account and transfer funds, but NOTHING has happened. I’ve been a PNC customer for years. But my recent experience with their Customer Service was so bad that. I will be going to another Bank. It started with a calling to PNC Customer Service because my present debt card was going to expire and I haven’t yet received my new card. So, the customer service person. I am another Simple user who is getting transitioned to ****. I have been without access to my bank account for 10 days now. The first couple days I tried logging into **** and I got the technical difficulties message. I decided to wait and let things settle down. I had been a happy customer of Simple for almost 5 years. Unfortunately, as a new BBVA customer, I am appalled by BBVA's lack of transparency, sense of responsibility, and inability to even attempt to effectively communicate with their customers through this transition. Despite numerous hours spent on hold, countless calls spent being hung up on by representatives, and the use of multiple avenues for communication with the bank, I am still unable to access my account more than a week after the initial transition. Lack of customer service is reason why I continue to bank elsewhere. I came to the ******/Cherry Creek BBVA branch when I was told they would have the uncirculated bills I'd requested days earlier. Worst customer service , constantly system down issues. impossible to speak to anyone that can answer your questions. They charge you to deposit ******** currency. What is this industry coming to, where is the pride and integrity of a real business. I have since closed 7 account with this bank.
Like everyone else, my transition from Simple to BBVA has been a total nightmare. These follow up posts are obnoxious. I'd love for BBVA to post how many times I've called since May 11th, every CS rep I spoke to and for how long I was put on hold each and every time. To whom it may concern. This bank is a joke. They have sent me a letter every month to apply for its Clearpoints credit card with 18 month 0% interest which I was ignoring. Today I decided to apply and the invitation code was invalid. I want to make clear that was not expired according to the letter. I called costumer services and I provided all my personal information but they said it was not any invitation code under my address and information.
