Pandemic hasn’t stopped and Pnc takes advantage of this situation. When the pandemic first hit, they helped me out and waived overdraft fees and but now they no longer do it. I was exposed to someone with COVID and had to be out of work and as soon as I get back to work, my pregnant wife had to get surgery. Money’s been tight since she hasn’t been working much. I was so excited to start using Simple, I signed up for an account and within 5 days I got an email they they were closing and switching to BBVA. I called customer service and they assured me it would be a seamless transition so I stayed. I set up all my direct deposits and auto **** pays, everything was great. About 4 months later I started getting emails from companies saying my auto withdrawal was denied so I just assumed I forgot to set them up. This issue with this is that we have received multiple emails and notices stating that we needed to "do nothing" and our accounts would be a seamless transfer to BBVA. We were told "your accounts will not be closed, your account numbers will remain the same" and then my account was closed with no explanation. Customer Service was unable to give any info and I was instructed to communicate through the App Chat service....but go no response. If I could give negative stars, I most definitely would. Absolutely do not get an auto loan with this company. I have no other accounts with this company and only obtained an auto loan due to a special finance offer when upon purchasing. I opened a credit card online last month. The process took 2 weeks rather than 48 hours the most. After one billing cycle, i wanted to set up "Auto Pay" so i don't worry about missing any due date and payments.So i wanted to enroll in Autopay. Their process is to send you a text message to a mobile number on file. Then i realized that i had changed my number. Sadly, I'm forced to offer BBVA one undeserved star. BBVA is not worth of any stars. I have never had a worse customer service experience than dealing with the fraud department. What a waste of time. Assuming you are willing to wait for 30+ minutes to speak with an "investigator" it will do you no good as they have terribly poor training. Upon losing my job in September 2020 due to COVID-19 related issues, I was unable to make my credit card payment to BBVA. In January 2021, I called and requested if they would remove finance charges and late fees and I will pay off my balance by March 2021. At the end of February, I noticed that these fees were removed, so on March 2, 2021, I went online to my BBVA app and made this payment in full. Unfortunately, BBVA has not resolved this because I just (today 5/25/21) received a call from another debt collector, ************************ asking me to PAY this same DEBT. How are you saying this is resolved? My credit score has dropped to 567 because of this nonsense! I need this fixed immediately
BBVA Compass Bank has misplaced $350 of my mortgage funds. Three checks were cashed with my account number on the checks ($100, $100, and $150) but my mortgage account was never credited. I has been almost 2 months now and they still have not figured out where the fund are.
If I could leave no stars, I would. I refinanced my car with PNC on 12/31/20. I was told they would send the payoff via certified check to Wells Fargo after the holiday and I was done. Nothing else to worry about. End of February 2021 I received a letter from PNC requesting I send them the original title of my car. The next day I put it in the mail. 2 weeks later I received another letter requesting the original title.
