PNC ended up declining the loan and did nothing to make it right. All they said was well file a complaint. Now that applicant has a hard inquiry on their credit, the application was denied, and the loan processor doesnt even answer their phone or return phone calls. I hate PNC with a passion. Their services **** the customer service reps. *** dingbat robots. I have been with 3mos and I am ready to close my account now. They have a hold on my work check, because I deposited digitally. I have dealt with several banks and PNC is the only one that holds your money. So why offer digital deposit. ??????????

They have continuously messed up our mortgage payments and they are impossible to get on the phone to fix it. I called AGAIN today and was disconnected 3 times. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was disconnected after 30 minutes of no one being able to figure out why the amount was incorrect. They will not give you a phone number to be able to call any department directly even after being specifically asked. If you can avoid doing business with them, DO.
