ZERO STARS ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH ANY BUSINESS. I have tried updating my contact information in person, at a local branch, and still found it not to be correct. If you need to call customer service for any reason make sure you have at least an hour to waste in effort of trying to get the person on the other line to understand you and have a half a clue of what they are doing, and be prepared to receive NO help at all only frustration! Why is there a "shortage" on bank cards. My wife has been without a card for almost 2 weeks. She ordered one and checked on it to be told that it would be coming but BBVA could not provide a tracking number, weird. She called back and was told that the previous representative misinformed us and that BBVA is dealing with a plastic shortage for bank cards. Under absolutely NO circumstances would I recommend this bank, ever consider going back, or ever consider working with any institution they partner with.I LOVED Simple, and then BBVA bought them in May 2021. My card started being declined at some local businesses that I'd previously had no issue with, even though my account was still open. I sincerely appreciate the follow-up, and I will look for that card today. I'd like to clarify that the card was first requested/ordered in late June (I don't recall the exact date), following notification of a fraudulent charge to my debit card, and the subsequent blocking of that card. That first replacement card never showed up, and when I called on 7/30/21 to ask about it, I was told it was lost in the mail. en with them since the late 90s. At first they were a decent bank. I joined for free ATM, which I hardly ever used until 2020. Then I learned that not only did they take away my free ATM, they added an extra fee for using non bbva ATM. So the $2-4 fee was now closer to $10, just to pull out a $20 here or there. I didnt realize this until they had already gotten over $250 in ATM fees just for themselves, thats not including the fee the owner of the terminal charged. I am throughly upset with PNC. I had opened a virtual wallet account in May 2021. PNC was not my main bank that I had used but there were always some funds in all the accounts and it never went into the negative. Not only did I have the virtual wallet account but I had also used other services that they have offered. Now at the end of July 2021 3 months after I opened my account I received a notice in the mail that they will be closing all the accounts. I had called and they would/ could not give me a reason why. I have most accessibility to my funds. This company does not trust their own customers. I reported a location that has been regularly double charging or overcharging and they are questioning me, their customer. My entire family has left this bank and I will do the same as soon as I get my funds back. Its at $1100 dollars stolen now and they have no excuses. They have zero online help, in 2021 you use their online system and they refer you to the phone.

Worst bank I have ever "accidentally" got connected to when *********** went out of business on May 8th, 2021. I was locked out of my account for over a week and a half when they had issues with switching the *********** customers to ****. I was told to call customer service of ****, in which their automated line said they were flooded with calls and were not available (hangs up automatically). My experience with PNC was beyond ridiculous. I started a refinance in January, 2021. My Mortgage Loan Officer asked for many documents and we gave him everything on time. We were supposed to combine a home equity and a 30 year mortgage into a 15 year mortgage. The rates were good and it made sense financially. We looked up the numbers together and it was agreed we could combine both things together and I would get 9K cash out at closing. BBVA has disgusting practices and horrible offshore customer service who mislead and do illegal business. My husband and I had three accounts with another bank that was bought out by BBVA. We no longer need these accounts and attempted to close them today. We called BBVA and spoke with representatives in an offshore call center. I asked to close my accounts and was told that I couldn't. Then I was told that the representative could not mail me a check for the balance on the account.
