This branch was discriminative, bias, prejudice, intentions were applied to the method of operations within this branch I've had a ****** dollar account with the individuals before and now hold a prepaid bank card with this bank I was trying to open a new business and checking and was denied for unexplained mysteries of these staff members,was willing to make deposits at the time of denial have the rejection letter as evidence asking for a full reviewing of these activities from those staff

Opened a virtual checking account and on the Internet it said we would receive rewards after 60 days of ****** and we only received *****. contacted local bank and they said take it up with customer service which I already did and they said I would receive the rest on July 17th. Well that came and went so contacted them again and lady took my info and said someone would call me...... I had my account put under review on June 11, 2023. I tried to go to my online banking and they had restricted my account from any online banking and also wasn't able to access my funds. I have contacted them almost every day as to why they had put my account under review. Pnc never gave me any reasons as to why they put my account on hold. I didn't have any access to any of my funds. I wasn't able to use my debit card either.
