I wish I could give it a zero! I opened an account on Friday. I then tried to do an external transfer and was told the account was on hold and I had to call PNC. I did that, sat on hold for about 30 minutes , spent another 20 or so with the agent who transferred me multiple times then the person said the hold couldn't be lifted b/c their system was down. So, I asked whether there was any way to avoid having to call again. I was told no but it wouldn't be like that the next time. I just got off the phone after another almost ... read more

Our SBA loan was sold from another lender to PNC Bank, so we got stuck with their terrible customer service and each person that we were transferred to giving us the run around and incorrect advice. We are currently trying to sell our house as we bought a new one. The house is listed as 2nd lien on our SBA loan. We verbally told our banker that we would pay back the loan with the proceeds of the house (which is valued much more than our loan).
