PNC mortgage service is horrible. They deduct the monthly mortgage on a closed account for month and doesnt provide refund too. You will be stuck paying mortgage for months and have to live in poverty till you get the money back

Business response:

PNC takes our customers concerns very seriously. We will be working privately with our customer to resolve this matter.

Because of PNC's negligence in its takeover of Compass Bank, my credit card was inactivated at a critical time. I contacted PNC, and they blamed ***** I contacted **** and they blamed PNC. This operation is run by a bunch of amateurs who are more interested in promoting their "non-abilities" than taking care of business. N.T. Curb, ******, **

Ill try to be kind here. Ive banked in the same physical location for nearly 30 years, first with ************* (great experience) then with Compass (pretty good), then BBVA Compass not bad, then BBVA (ok), and now PNC for a few months. Three stars means average,m; if I look around the competition isnt that much better. New checking account number means realignment of credit line (which is now a credit card), overdraft protection (now I must make payment in person) and previous credit card (I had a CREDIT balance which took ... read more

I am a recent customer to ********************. I got locked out of my account and it took me over three hours to get someone on the phone. Once I got someone on the phone, I was not speaking to the right person, so they transferred me to someone else for which I had to wait another 30 minutes. Poor customer service by ******************** and their website is not user friendly. I was finally able to get back into my account. This is frustrating because people try to pay their bills, but don't have hours to sit around waitin... read more

They charged me twice for the same thing after I had fraud on my card. Too them over an hour to come up with a lame explanation and told me I would not get my money back. Leaving this company. I will take my banking elsewhere.

Let me start by saying the I was a BBVA customer for over 5 years. It was not my choice to become a PNC customer. I have closed my secured credit account, prior to closing it I made a $500 payment to give me some cushion during the holiday buying. Now, they are saying they never received my second payment. I went to the branch, where I know the tellers and bankers. I explained what happen they gave me a printout of the transaction showing "payment of $500.18" now I received my monthly statement and there's no transactions fo... read more

My mortgage was transferred to PNC bank. They added over $8K to my balance. I've contacted them by phone and email on multiple occasions over the last 30+ days and provided them with documentation to show the correct balance. They still have not corrected their mistake. The customer service reps, i spoke to basically tell lies to get me off the phone. Saying that it will be corrected in the next few days and someone will contact me to let me know status, etc. They are horrendous. Terrible service.

Prior to the transition of BBVA to PNC I was proactive trying to determine what I could expect after the transition. Since the transition, my experience every time I speak with PNC has been horrendous!! I have gotten conflicting information and rarely anything definitive regarding my account. I have spent an exorbitant amount of time trying to learn details that I think should have a very simple answer. Maneuvering their website and the phone app is confusing and again, nobody is able to give information or able to assist in... read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We were BBVA customers and ever since the buyout by PNC, we have had nothing but trouble.First and foremost, the weekend of the changeover, our money was basically held hostage by the bank. Our BBVA cards were deactivated and our PNC cards were not activated yet. My husband went into the branch to withdraw our money and close our accounts, but had to leave after waiting for an hour because there were SO MANY other angry customers. We finally withdrew our money and attempted to close the acc... read more
