My account was transitioned to BBVA on 5/8/21 and it is so far a nightmare. I got an email from BBVA on how to set up online and mobile banking, and after activating it and setting a username and password, it redirected me to a sign in page. When I entered my new information, it said it was incorrect and I have to reset my password. When I did that, it locked my account and said I have to call customer service to reset it. Horrible company. If i could give a negitive number i would. Ive called 9 times now to get a copy of my title to register my car. 6 days left i still dont have that copy. All i need is an email of it and no one can do there job. What a complete joke of a company. Im taking my loan elsewhere, im done.

I had been a Simple customer for 5 years before they were closed and my accounts were transitioned over to BBVA. The transfer process was extremely disruptive, and they wouldn't let me create my online account at BBVA. I kept getting a system error. Then when I called the Simple transition help number they provided an automated message told me they are experiencing difficulties and disconnected me. My car was picked up and repo'ed so i called to settle with the **** bank, they told me i had to pay $1450 in order for the account to be current again and the car, the towing yard info and towing yard location would be released to me upon payment, i was told i had till 5 p.m. the same day to pay, so i gathered the money and made the payment. WORST BANK EVER!!! DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Everything is outsourced to complete MORON IDIOTS overseas who have NO CLUE about anything and you can't talk to anybody in *************. For two days I've tried to get an issue resolved and nobody knows what to do or what I'm talking about and claim they can't switch you to **. This is BEYOND UNFREAKINBELIEVEABLE!!! Not had this account a week and I'm bout to close it.

Pandemic hasn’t stopped and Pnc takes advantage of this situation. When the pandemic first hit, they helped me out and waived overdraft fees and but now they no longer do it. I was exposed to someone with COVID and had to be out of work and as soon as I get back to work, my pregnant wife had to get surgery. Money’s been tight since she hasn’t been working much. I talked to a specialist about my account and she was nice but apparently last year the last rep I spoked to put in my account that they can’t give out any more overd... read more

I was so excited to start using Simple, I signed up for an account and within 5 days I got an email they they were closing and switching to BBVA. I called customer service and they assured me it would be a seamless transition so I stayed. I set up all my direct deposits and auto **** pays, everything was great. About 4 months later I started getting emails from companies saying my auto withdrawal was denied so I just assumed I forgot to set them up. This issue with this is that we have received multiple emails and notices stating that we needed to "do nothing" and our accounts would be a seamless transfer to BBVA. We were told "your accounts will not be closed, your account numbers will remain the same" and then my account was closed with no explanation. Customer Service was unable to give any info and I was instructed to communicate through the App Chat service....but go no response. If I could give negative stars, I most definitely would. Absolutely do not get an auto loan with this company. I have no other accounts with this company and only obtained an auto loan due to a special finance offer when upon purchasing. This account was opened in 2018 and up until now I have never had an issue with them. This company repossessed a vehicle I was currently still paying on and had been paying on.
