Dealing with PNC was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Please read this review before considering them as your money holders. I wrote a check for a down payment on my new car for $10,000. I figured this would send red flags to the bank when I did it, so it was no surprise when they sent me an email alerting me of the transaction. If could give it minus 10 I would. Is this a real bank that rudely hangs up on customers with.legitimate concerns like where the heck is my.money? Clueless....big mistake on my part

PNC used to be a great bank. Years ago when we open a PNC ago, we LOVED it. Over the years, as PNC grown larger, it has continually become more "corporate" like Chase and less concerned about its customers account security and satisfaction. As a result, I've suffered loss recently at the hands of PNC's carelessness. Sadly, I will be leaving PNC in the near future and do NOT recommend it as a bank.

I called back on January 12th to get access to my online account and they said they had to send me a pin by mail to get on my locked up account and I was like ok, well it never came so we just mailed in the payoff amount we had gotten on the 12th (with a 15 day per diem). Well they still hadn't received it by the 29th so I called and told them we would do a do a stop payment on that check and pay over the phone since It was clearly lost in the mail. Horrible customer service. No resolve to my fraudulent charges. Decided to pay off charges to avoid ruining my credit.

Worst banking experience I've ever had! I had to wait 2 weeks for my check to credit to my account! And it was a check from the ******************* so the funds are guaranteed by the state! Finally the day I had been told the funds would be available they weren't! I called and was told the next day they would be available. 15 days to make funds available for a check deposit is ridiculous! I will be closing my account first thing in the morning!

I've been an account holder for about 15 years and I've never had a problem with PNC Bank DIRECTLY but recently I was referred to a Company Called MY TITLE SUPPORT..My question why does PNC Bank Who always set high standards for customer service would affiliate itself with a company that does the exact opposite...I paid for a service that needed more information that they couldn't help me with..saying I had to go to google to find out.I don't remember PNC ever telling me that...I thought it was low and very unprofessional an... read more

I had a house for sale. It was suppose to close on December 29. I've been told the loan would close every week. It is 50 days past and it hasn't closed. I am cancelling if it doesn't close this week. It has cost me 2 house payments I shouldn't have had to make. They feel none of it is their responsibility and make smartass remarks when I talk to them. Totally incompetent. I can see by other reviews this is normal for them.

I have been a member of *********** since July of 2020. Since October of 2020 I haven't been able to get any money out of any ATM or send any money to a bank I had linked to them. I deleted the bank and have been trying to link another one but *********** won't link the bank. One was **** Bank and the one I tried to link was ************ I have been requesting to link my bank for months but they just won't. I have $5,192.00 in there and I would like to get my money refunded to me. or are they just trying to keep it?
