Very professional and knowledgeable technician **** removed my old hot water heater and installed a new one. He also installed a recirculating pump too Everything looks great When he was finished there was no mess. He explained how everything works Yeah. Great job *********** has good pricing too. This is my second time using this company and both times they gave me good quotes and did a great job I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company

Guy came out and moved water lines a few inches for shower (for $400+) - said if the depth wasn't right it would be no problem, they could just adjust it later when installing the shower. Now it's time to install the shower and a new guy there wants $650 because the depth of the valves isn't right. Blames the tech who came out first and quit his job. The job is good but replacing the Meon cartridge for $350 (minus $25 discount) seems a little bit high. I know I could turn down the quote but the main switch cannot be turned back on if the repair is not done which means the whole house will be without water. So, I have to take it.

***** and ****** were very polite and considerate. They did a great job of keeping things clean and guaranteed me that they would not leave until the clog under my kitchen sink and my disposal were correctly fixed. They were prompt in their arrival and took the time to analyze the problem. Both were focused and did a great job.

The drain to our washing machine was clogged. On Monday I called It's Just Plumb Smart and their technician named *******, was able to take care of the job later the same day. He arrived at the scheduled time, the price was right, and we did not have to pay extra for same day service. Thank you.
