We recently purchased a Trane heat pump from PlumbSmart. We have been very pleased with the results beginning with the sales process. ***** helped us understand the cost associated with the unit and the availability of federal rebates.The installation process was fast and efficient. They came to fix my toilet and I needed new one. I ordered a new one and the gentleman went and picked it up for me and installed it same day . They were very friendly , efficient and knowledgeable.The price was reasonable. I would use them again.
