Contracted with this company to do a routine maintenance check on our AC system. I used a different company for 10 years and only recently realized they were way over the top expensive and not totally upfront or honest. Plumb Smart did not recommend repairs on a unit that probably will soon need to be replaced (after 13 yrs). The other company recommended $1600 worth of repairs on the same unit this past spring to include a new capacitor that is apparently working fine.!
