In one of the hottest times of the year, our air conditioning unit went out. PlumbSmart had available appointments right away and arrived on time. ***** was our technician, and he immediately assessed the problem and got the air working even while addressing other HVAC issues on the roof. ***** was very thorough and even took extra time to address other concerns that we had, just to make sure that everything continued to work, especially because we are in monsoon season.
