Was so tired of having bath tub replacement people over to my house for tub out & shower in. Everybody wanted ***** thousand dollars. Made me sick to my stomach. I called Plumsmart they came over and their first price was perfect and it was on, The job taken in had a few problems none of expected-we worked thru that with no problems and away they went and dug in, record timing skilled workers, the clean up was excellent, I met with three plumbers and all were professional courteous and very pleasant, I would highly recommend... read more

I was very pleased with Crew, the technician. He replaced a leaky hose bib, and did a great job. He was very pleasant and polite. The cost was exactly as quoted. I would use PlumbSmart, again.

Absolutely Rock solid company!!! They sent me an All Star technician named ***********************, who was extremely clean, professional, knew his stuff and was all around a true pro. Even scheduling the call was a great experience with another very helpful person also named *******. I wont be calling another company again. These guys are the bees knees! **** came out and quickly isolated a mystery/unseen leak we had, on the outside irrigation side (which they do not repair). And gave us 2-3 quotes on other items and updates we are considering. Gave helpful tips and advice. Referred to us by a neighbor who was very satisfied with **** their plumbing and ** needs. Am sure we will be using ********************** again in the future.

Like pulling teeth to get these guys to put a Trane heat pump on my roof. Called them on the morning of my installation, and after a 20 minute hold, I was informed that the sales rep "FORGOT" to put my installation on the schedule!! The worst! The installation was haphazard. They didnt hook up a the drain, wire nutted the thermostat in and left the bare wires just exposed and out in the weather. We called for emergency service in the middle of a Saturday night. At 9 Sunday morning Justin rang the doorbell and took care of the problem. Always great service and friendly staff. We highly recommend their service contract and their service!
