Delayed review from Nov 19, 2019 and April 13, 2020. And again Jan 15, 2020 I've used Plumb Smart for my plumning needs and with 3 rentals and a personal home, I do have plumbing needs. They really excel at hard to understand situations. I have a rental property that would backup year after year. I finally asked PlumSmart to do it right. They snaked the line then put a jet cleaner in the line with a camera. And come to find out, they built the house with a slight upward run of the pipe after a certain point. The plumber who came out was up to something nefarious as after much discussion we chose garbage disposal he recommended. Then he installed another cheaper model. With a shorter warranty period. What was that all about? He did return immediately to change it out saying he had mixed them up Who needed drama with a plumber. There’s way too much in world already. I will not be using this plumber again and will recommend against them when I can’t
