As always, PlumbSmart was quick, honest, and very informative. **** explained the whole process of tuning up and diagnosing issues with our AC units. He got us back to cooling and helped us plan out a strategy for future repairs/replacement. If you are looking for a Fair, Honest, and ******************** We would recommend PlumbSmart for all your Plumbing, Heating or Cooling!
I have no clue about their craftsmanship but I can tell you how they treat the communities around them. Reckless driving, speeding, driving on wrong side of road, blasting stereos. Im not sure they are plumbers as much as a fast and the furious party van. But hey, you do you since plumbers charge to much haha
After two other A/C company's came to my house in response to my call regarding a problem with my A/C unit, a neighbor recommended PlumbSmart and I wasn't disappointed. They were professional, courtesy, on time and most of all experienced, honest and reasonable. I can't recommended them highly enough. The first company that came out wanted to grossly over charge me for labor and on a subsequent visit totally miss diagnosis the issue and wanted to change me $5000+ to repair the unit.
