This company agreed to a refund as I purchased 3-bathroom faucets they included in the total bill. I spoke to a *********************** and ******* (she reported she was the owner daughter). And they both agreed to refund me when the faucets they installed were returned. The original ones were cheap looking, and I had not given approval to install those particular faucets.
