Plum line came out to install our furnace and AC unit and they did an excellent job. Very professional, explained each step of the way, and got the job done in a very professional manner. They even went above and beyond and replaced a light fixture for me in the crawl space and installed a carbon monoxide detector. I would absolutely have them back out AND recommend them to anyone.
Our day started out horrible at 3:30am due to circuit breaker fire. Plumbline said they could get out today to help restore power. Eric arrived at the time he said he would & spent over half his day in high heat to make sure our wiring was replaced & power restored. This was top notch service and it is so nice to experience that people out there care about others well being. Eric was not going to leave today until we had power to our home.
