Clarence from Plumbline was awesome! Very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He identified the problem immediately and fixed it quickly. He spent additional time showing me various parts of the furnace and how they worked for future reference. He was efficient and went above and beyond in making sure everything worked before he left. I am very pleased.

My daughter and son-in-law sold their house in Littleton, CO, last month, but because they had to leave early for new job commitments in Chicago, they asked me to deal with some last-minute pre-closing issues on their behalf; one of those issues being a ceiling light that didn’t work. The staff got an electrician to my house right away as it was an emergency. Curt showed up on time snd was very helpful. He definitely went above and beyond!
