Absolutely pleased with our first-time experience having Plumbline service our heating system. From receptionist, through dispatch, to arrival of the technician all interactions were courteous and professional. The service technician Christian V. was cordial, skilled, informative, and honest. We had a surprise pipe leak going out of our water heater. Austin came out quickly and fixed it for us! He was also happy to answer any questions I had.
I have used Plumbline Many times and have been very happy with their work and their pricing. I would rave and refer them to anyone with plumbing problems. The last call, however was to replace a pipe underneath the sink, nothing more. $1300. I did sign for the estimate, so that’s on me, but it seems like there are two different (opposite) Management, policy, service and pricing modalities. Be very aware of this company. I don't care what you hear on the radio or what accolades they claim to have. It took over two weeks to get an estimate from these guys. When I finally did they were extremely over priced, almost to the point of gouging. Their system evaluation for the replacement of a furnace and AC was way off, unnecessary. I acquired a total of four estimates from reputable companies. Pumbline's quote was excessive at $14,400. I got the work done for $6,000. Big difference.
