We had James ****** and Gwen ******* both people were very professional and were very though with everything we were having to replace the furnace and the AC which both items and professionals were exceptional. We would have them again for any items. Thank you again!
We had James ****** and Gwen ******* with Matthew ******** as are rep and James and Gwen as our technicians and they were very above board and were very very happy with there service. Matthew was exceptional as well. We would definitely use them again!
Plumbline Services has been our number one HVAC and Electrical maintenance provider for many years. Recently our GE Microwave/Oven short circuited with a big white flash of light. Their electrician, Kenley, responded very quickly by diagnosing the cause immediately and repairing it. Very courteous and explained the problem and solution clearly. Kenley is terrific!
PlumblineServices.com offered a coupon for $39 A/C tune up and scheduled a date for a following month a/c tune up appointment. Today ( a week before the appointment), they cancelled the appointment saying they would not come out at all this summer or honor their coupon because they wanted to concentrate on a/c repair and sales and not tune ups. ($$$) That is completely unethical...certainly not appropriate for a BBB accredited business. I will never use them again.

Quality service. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Only star is lost cause I'm cheap.

Zach arrived at the appointed time. He adjusted and prepared the air conditioner for the summer season. He was friendly and courteous.
