Their prices are so exorbitant that they even exceed the national average. They won't quote you a price over the phone and let the technician quote a price when they arrive. Price supposedly is coming from a standard price list that they refer to in their computer. This is very misleading and leaves a customer desperate to have a repairs done at an exorbitant price. Technicians are very experienced but do not deserve these outrageous prices.
We were very pleased with the services provided by Phillip. We found him to be quite knowledgeable, friendly, pleasant and efficient. He will be the one we call whenever we need further help.

I have an older furnace that I know will need to be replaced very soon but I was hoping it would last a bit longer. Plumb Line had a special offer on tune-ups and I figured that the information from that would help me determine when to replace the furnace. Plumbline Services came out to service our furnace in the house. Technician said he needed to replace the blower motor because it was leaking oil and it would cost $800. Anybody that has worked on replacing blower motors before knows there is no oil in that motor in order to leak in the first place. Called the service manager 2 weeks ago, still haven't heard back. The main bearing on the motor is normally sealed, but the seal has failed causing the bearing's lubricant to leak out onto the blower assembly.
