I needed my garbage disposal replaced in my kitchen sink. I have used Plumbline many times previously. Thanksgiving was approaching and I needed my kitchen sink. The plumber quoted me a price of $795 to replace the disposal. I was desperate, so I agreed. The disposal was $240 on Amazon, and the plumber arrived at 8:00 am and left at 9:00 am. NEVER use this company!!! They lied to us so many times on the phone. Our water heater blew out and while we were cleaning up water all in the basement we called plumbline services and they told us they would be there between 1 and 5 but closer to 1 and they quoted us an installed price $1,195. They did not show up until 6 p.m. and told us the price was actually $2,500. We were so upset that they lied on the phone, they were late, and we were still without water. Great service technicians, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are decent.
Brandon did a great job on my annual furnace check. He recommended a new cover and seal on one component. He explained the reason, provided an estimate, and was able to return in a few days with the part and do the work. Brandon was very courteous, knowledgeable, and even my dog liked him.
