Plumbline is a total ripoff. I joined their VIP maintenance program thinking I would get quality service. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday which needed to be addressed. I tried to call Plumbline 5 times and nobody would answer the phone. After much frustration, I called another plumbing company who immediately sent someone out to address my issue. I paid $200.00 for VIP maintenance program which guaranteed 24 hour service. I feel Plumbline did not honor the contract that I paid for.

Everything went smoothly and fast. We had our first appointment for the new furnace on Thursday, and the install the next day. The crew did a great job. The new Carrier furnace was in about 4 hours and its operation was explained. We had the inspection from Aurora today and it passed with no problems. Great work!
