I'm embarrassed to say that I cannot remember the rep. who came out but he was wonderful. He answered my questions and provided additional information on the pipes. Was neat. Explained the new toilet he put in and advised me to keep an eye on the old pipe to the toilet. He did a great job. Very good representative of the company.

The scheduling was very efficient. The arrival of Chad P***** was very timely and he was knowledgable and did a repair that will get me through till I can make up my mind whether to do an expensive permanent repair or schedule a estimate of replacement of a Lennox furnace installed in 1998. I would heartily recommend this company & their efficient & helpful personnel!
Chris was our plumbing technician. He came the same day we called. He was polite, very courteous and did a great job clearing our kitchen drain. He even had two doggie treats for our puppy. Will definitely use them again.
Bobby and his assistant were very efficient and communicated exactly what would be done. They completed the tune up in a timely manner, very conscientious about being neat and tidy.
