I was pleased with the quick response and appointment when my water heater died. Other than taking almost 10 hours to install a tankless water heater and whole house filter and not having water for half the time, Steve and his co-worker were neat and cleaned up everything. Steve gave me a good explanation of what they did and how to maintain my system.
