Called Tuesday afternoon for a mainline clean-out, and was serviced Wednesday morning. Sean arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and he cleaned-up after completion of the job.
They didn’t fix the issue and in the process they disconnected outdoor lights. Bad service!
I appreciate Steve greatly! He fixed an issue I was having with my faucet and provided information and a quote for ways I could improve my water quality. Very polite and knowledgeable.
The tech Chris was very professional, and explained the work that he was going to do in advance and let me ask my questions (which were probably very elementary for him!). He was prompt and took great care to tidy up the area when he was finished. Appreciate the care Chris took, as well as Plumbline as a company, during these unsettled times in proving excellent service.

Great service and follow-up on a few problems! I wasn't happy with the way my basement floor looked after my main drain was replaced and concrete was poured to replace the busted floor. Plumbline came back and did some finishing touches and now it looks acceptable. They also gave me money to get my basement stairs repainted after they scraped and scratched the paint off by so much up and down activity. Never had any arguments from them.
