A technician came to do a general checkup on the furnace and A/C at my house in Parker. He arrived at about 9 am. While inspecting the furnace, he broke the main control board. He also said the evaporator unit needed to be cleaned using a special solvent and estimated $640! I said no to that and I used a small vacuum to remove built up dust and debris.
