I am very disappointment this company, this company O starts, worse customer service I ever see on my live, I schedule appointment on 9/30/2019, they call & cancel appointment, them I schedule other appointment to clean up my sewer line, they call me back & cancel, they re-schedule for 10/6/2019, tech. stop by in my house & told my wife, he need to move washer machine, but he can't do by him self, he ask my wife for help, I never heard this before, he did re-schedule appointment in the 3rd time. They recently replaced a 4 year old water heater under warranty - we just had to pay for the labor. The labor only turned out to be over $1000. We thought that seemed high but we trusted Plumbline to charge us fairly. In the end, there wasn't more than 4 hours of work involved including the initial warranty service visit and time to pick up the new water heater.
