I give 5 stars to the guy who came out and fixed our sinks, he was great! The way scheduling is done is another story... was given the opportunity to come in the morning with a 4hr window and then they changed it to a 2hr window later that day between 4-6pm. 5:40pm came around and I called and they told me they were running late. They then called me back 5 min later saying they had to reschedule because they were done for the night. Need to work on customer service, did not make me smile..
We had a sewage backup since 6pm yesterday, called our home warranty, they could not get anyone out till Tuesday at the latest, called Parker & Sons, could not get anyone out, so I called #PlumbingMasters, the woman that answers was very nice and caring, they had guys out here within an hour and the guys were awesome. Will definitely recommend them.

Plumbing Masters van annoys me. Every time I back out of my driveway, his van is in my way. First time I met him, he told me, don’t hit his van. He should park in his driveway.
