This was the first time I used Plumbing Masters. I had a major leak under my sink and ended up turning off all water to my house. Lester was my technician and he was awesome. Although I was his last stop of the day, he went the extra mile to ensure that everything was fixed and working well. He was good at explaining what was happening, and more importantly, I didn't feel I was gauged for the service. Great job by Lester and his Assistant.
Booked well in advance, husband took off work early for a 3:00 to 6:00 appointment. Now at 4:40 they just realize it's a busy day for them and need to reschedule. They didn't realize at 1 or 2 that today is a busy day really? At 4:40 they came to the conclusion that it's a busy day. Loss in wages and last minute cancellation. I do not like to give bad reviewe. This one was earned. Poor communication. Had they realized at 2 that today is busy he would still be at work.
Jesus O. was the field associate on the job to replace the line going from my house to the alley. The job was completed within the minimum length of time quoted for the job, mainly because Jesus stayed and kept working until the job was complete. My wife and I were especially impressed with the condition of our flowerbed and yard after completion....it was as if no work had ever been done. The flowerbed and yard were in perfect shape. We appreciate the hard work that Jesus (and the entire team) did to replace the line.

Brian did his best to make it right. The point is not if my husband is a nice guy. ....when 1 hour and 40 minutes into the scheduled time you don't say we are too busy and need to reschedule. That did not sound like an option where he needed to say no you must honor your commitment. With that being said Brian said he would use this review as a teaching moment and I appreciate that. Now if I can just train my husband to be a jerk next time.

Sunday morning drain back up in kitchen and powder room. Called Plumbing Masters. Jesus showed in less than hour and had the problem resolved in 30 minutes at the advertised price. I highly recommend using them for their services. Make sure to ask for Jesus.
