Roger arrived within the states window. On a weekend no less. He was knowledgeable and a very pleasant guy. I will definitely call Plumbing Masters for my next problem!
I noticed water leaking out of my dishwasher and when I opened it, there was a pool of water with a horrible odor. I called Plumbing Masters and Mike and Daniel showed up 30 minutes later. Instead of trying to upsell me, Mike and Daniel were honest and told me exactly what was wrong. They worked with me on the price and even though I could tell they were here for longer than they expected, they took their time and did a quality job. Dec 23 found a leak in our gas hot water heater, called around to see if anyone was available to come out today or tomorrow to replace the water heater (it is over 10yrs old). they said they could get out here today and the technician would call with a price. We have been looking at water heaters in the last 6 months and pricing some just in case and a good quality gas water heater can run around $600 (give or take), when the technician called back he quoted us $1600 (with only $125 for emergency service included)!
