I worked with Tiffany Honeywell at another company and she was an excellent asset to have working with us. She was very helpfull allways and went the extra mile to help customers. I definetly reccomend her service team
We blew the main line into our home. They came Monday for a quote and Tuesday for replacement. There was some additional work not covered within the scope of the first quote, but they did the work anyways, brought me back into this decade, AND didn't tack on charges. (They would have almost doubled the quote.) They were as prompt as they could be in the circumstances and very professional. Also answered all my questions along the way. We WILL be using them in the future for our plumbing overhaul.

Our service technician Robin was great! He was not only very knowledgable but also very courteous. PM prices could be better but if you're wanting something done right away, they're a great choice.

Made an appointment and waited all day for the service tech only to receive a call from Ana at 4:45pm telling they couldn't make it until 2 days later because they overbooked. Extremely poor run business that doesn't know how to schedule. Lost a whole day off work sitting at home waiting for this company. Never again. No consideration for what customers had to do to arrange their day. Don't risk the same experience!
Michael, a native New Yorker, who has only been with the company a month, came out today SAME DAY call and took care of our problem. Friendly, competent, worked efficiently and was out of here in roughly 1 1/2 hours start to finish. Thumbs up.
These guys rock! My grandma needed plumbing work done and they came quickly and installed filtration systems. Jesse, Josh and Jim are all wonderful people! I highly recommend them! Thanks plumbing masters!
