Not nearly enough troubleshooting and discovery! A blanket knee-jerk assessment of "get special equipment, cut holes in walls, pay $1000+" was given without a single diagnostic tool being used. I got a second opinion which revealed a simple $0 temporary fix that doesn't require any special equipment or cutting walls. Very disappointed in the lack of thoroughness. Will not be using PM for any future work.
Called In an emergency situation and had Joe onsite soon thereafter. He had everything he needed with him to completely replace my water heater. I would highly recommend this company in your time of need.
