Danny is a seasoned pro who has done numerous projects on my 1924 house. I appreciate his expertise, attention to detail, and his pleasant, patient demeanor.

Eric Ponder recently replaced my hot water tank with a power vent one because he determined the original tank had been incorrectly installed. Not only did he spend 8 hours replacing supply and vent pipes, he made sure the entire job and the new venting system was aesthetically as well as correctly completed. He also did not hesitate to explain what he was doing and readily answered all of my questions. This is not the first time I have used Plumb Works and would definitely use this company and Eric again!
Just had two new toilets installed in our home by Eric P from Plumb Works - He was great! Very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable . Made it very easy and would recommend him with full confidence.
Josh is great! On time, honest, and knowledgable. He has done several jobs for us and we are always happy with his work.
Jamey Beck was on time attentive and very helpful. He looked out for my interests and was very understanding. He explained everything in terms so I could understand and was able to make sure that I got the earliest appointment scheduled.
Nate and trainee Joey arrived on time, did a nice review of the non-emergency situation and laid out some options. When we agreed on the solution they quickly went to work, finished the job, communicated quite clearly what happened, and concluded the job professionally. Very satisfied with the experience.
Josh from Plumb Works was absolutely amazing. He was very swift in finding the problem and fixing it. I also appreciated the fact that he was very patient and explained everything to me and my husband. There was also another gentleman, Julio who was just as helpful and delightful.
