Nate is excellent! I am impressed by his knowledge of his profession. He did the job exactly as he proposed. He replaced the kitchen part of our sewer line. He shut off the rest of the house sewer line for only 1 hour and had the job finished in 6 hours. He had the right tools to work quickly. He had lots of information about how to prevent future problems in all of our plumbing. We thought we needed a new bathtub drain but he suggested we buy a little gadget at Home Depot instead.

We've used Plumb Works for well over a decade. They are consistently outstanding. Most recently, Nate and Jeff have been extremely helpful. Like all Plumb Works pros, they explain the problem clearly, present the solution and take care of it--whatever the problem is--from digging a trench in our backyard to repair a busted water line to fixing backed up sinks. Thank you, Milton, for the outstanding after-hours effort to stop the rain in our basement last night! Appreciate the efficiency & professionalism. We've had years of great service from Plumb Works and Milton went above and beyond to get our house put back together so we can be business-as-usual this morning. We'll be back to Plumb Works next time we spring a leak. The subscription service plan is worth it, too!

we had the best experience with plumb works. josh and danny were very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. they are friendly and professional. we will for sure be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.
