Josh and Danny did a great job. They helped us determine our needs - in this case a toilet for the bathroom of our offices, and installed it in a timely manner. They left the area clean and were very efficient and polite. We will use them again as needed and will refer them to all our friends and clients.
Jamey Beck, with Plumb works, quickly came to my rescue, and fixed my leaking water heater. Jamey Beck did what he said he would do, and appeared to want to help me. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough. I am grateful!
Our problem started in the laundry room but quickly progressed to the front yard / street. Our old terracotta pipes from the street to the house were full of Magnolia roots. With precision Jamey dug 13 ft down to our problem. The problem kept getting more complex but Jamey stuck with it to the finish. We replaced the entire connection from the street to the house... Excellent first-time service. Nate was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He did a great job educating me on the plumbing in our very old building, and suggested some products that might be helpful (without trying to hard-sell anything, which I appreciated). I'm looking forward to doing more business with Plumb Works in the future.

I have used Plumbworks since I moved to Atlanta years ago. They have always been very responsive to my needs. Recently I had to replace my hot water tank. Jamey was the plumber who did the work. He is very nice, does great work and was a pleasure to have in my home. He also talked me into a service agreement which has already saved me well more than the cost of the agreement. Jamey is great and so is Plumbworks!
Plumb Works has done an excellent job for us this year. They were the firm selected for the plumbing portion of the remodeling of our master bath earlier this year. Because of that excellent work, just this past week we had them install a recirculation pump to deliver hot water to the faucets faster. On both occasions Vann was very professional and pleasant. He solved all 3 of my plumbing needs and provided helpful customer education about various plumbing matters including changes in code requirements regarding replacement toilets and locating main water shut offs valves. We had two excellent experiences with Plumb Works within a 2 week period. First, our downstairs bathroom flooded and we ended up having to get a sewer line put in. JOSH spent a lot of time finding the best solution for our problem. JOSH, JULIO, and CHRISTIAN worked non-stop to get the job done. Then a pipe under the upstairs bathroom started leaking and we had to call Plumb Works again. JOSH came out and fixed the leak for us. We couldn't be more pleased. They are exceptional.
