We have been customers of Plumb Works for more than 25 years... We had a problem with our water heater... Nate B. came and fix the problem ... and explained every thing we needed to know clearly.... He was such a nice man.. We would always use them and recommend them to our friends...

We have been using Plumb Works for our plumbing services for over 20 years and have never had anything but good service. They have serviced many of our plumbing issues both large and small from installation of a water heater, to the occasional toilet or faucet problems. Courteous service staff and accommodate practically any schedule. First heard of them from our church bulletin in Decatur and have never regretted making the call. Would recommend without hesitation.
Jeff N. at Plumb Works fixed more problems on a jetted tub than I thought a plumber would be able to fix and also fixed a broken sink faucet. Very prompt, polite and professional and wore shoe covers to keep floors clean. Great service.
