We are thrilled with our new tankless system! Eric gave excellent advice. The installation was efficient and orderly. I also really appreciated Eric's calls to let me know when they were coming, what the daily plan was going to be, and the projected finish timing. And we love the result -- thank you Plumbworks!
I can't say enough good things about both Darryl (my service tech) and Erica (my customer service rep). I had an emergency when my hot water heater started leaking heavily in my finished basement. Erica got me Darryl right away. He diagnosed the problem and provided me with an estimate, but it was too late to install a new water heater, and he didn't have one on the truck. Darryl Johnson was very good. I'd give him a 4.5 but it wasn't listed. He was very patient with me, explained what was needed and was careful not to suggest a brand. I wished he would have given me 3 choices of brands and some pros and cons and let me choose that way. Instead he and I looked Googled with Consumer Reports for the 2 appliances that were needed. Vann replaced our circa 1949 kitchen drain, which required a lot of extra work including cutting out the old rusty one. He is very polite and explained everything. I was very satisfied with the results!
A wonderful experience. Customer service was very helpful and arranged for plumber to come right away and notified me 30 minutes before arrival. The plumber found problem fairly quickly and fixed it. She was also very pleasant and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with such a nice company.
Leslie was super. She explained everything as she was doing the work and kept at it until she found the problem. I would have her back anytime I have a problem.
My service professional Andrew was on time, friendly, thorough, and spent the time to talk me through every aspect so I had a good understanding of what was happening.

Had Jeff out this morning to look at a problem with a fancy shower that we purchased about 15 years ago. He couldn't fix it, but went over options with me, explained them clearly (so that I can explain them to my husband!). After we decide which way we're going, will ask for him to come back!
