Although their earliest appointment was Monday, she was able to help me find an opening that afternoon (Friday). Spencer, the technician, was super flexible and helpful in working with the elderly woman who's water heater had gone out. He was super friendly and helpful. He did a great job and got her water heater working quickly.
The best service ever! No kidding, Andrew and his partner did an outstanding job finding the problem and fixing it. Same day service was great. We were in a bind with no heat or hot water. We'll be calling you in the future for all our plumbing needs. Thanks so much!
Everyone was so helpful. Darryl did a great job taking care of the plumbing problems. He was willing to explain things to me in terms I could understand. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. The office staff were very pleasant also.
I live in a condo and I discovered a steady drip back behind my tub. Working through my neighbors, Darryl was able to pinpoint the probable source of drip from another unit. He also did some other work not related to the drip. He was extremely courteous and informed me every step of the way. Nothing was a surprise. This is the second time I have used Plumb Works and have been very pleased.
