RecommendedI liked that the "on the way" text included a photo of the tech Leslie. I was hoping to re-weld the pipe connection that had a slow leak. After hearing what was involved and the risks (e.g., broken valves), I decided to replace the 10-yr old water heater and the pipes going into it. Just had my first service with Jeff. And he was terrific, very personable and very honest. I originally read excellent reviews about Plumb Works And they were right on target. For something that could’ve been a bad situation Jeff came out and assess the damage and repaired quickly honestly and priced fairly. I would strongly recommend using Plumb Works for any plumbing needs.
